Junior UI/UX Designer

Undefined is a small London-based product studio working together with startups across a range of different sectors. We love creating digital products with a purpose and are looking for someone to help us achieve that goal.

About the role

We're looking for a UI/UX designer with an eye for design with an interest for development who is passionate about all things app & web. In this role, you should be excited to dig deep in new platforms and grow alongside the company, helping out with both the design & front-end development of our platforms. You will be involved at every stage of the product development for both client & internal projects, ranging from e-commerce sites to bespoke product builds. We are looking for someone who is flexible, excited to grow alongside the company and ready to make an impact.

Responsibilities

• Take a user-centered approach and rapidly test and iterate .
• Optimization of the application for maximum speed and scalability
• Translation of UI/UX wireframes to visual elements
• Integration of front-end aspects of the web application

About you

• Have professional design or development experience.
• based in London & have right to work in the UK
• Good understanding of Vanilla Javascript & React
• Understanding of fundamental Front-End technologies like HTML & CSS
• Proficient understanding of Git
• Familiarity with Sketch & other design tools
• Experience with wireframing is a plus
• Passionate about performance
