The Role

As a UI Designer, you will be working closely with our multi-disciplined design teams to create conceptual wireframes, storyboards, and high-fidelity mock-ups to guide development of our user facing experiences.

To achieve this, you will have the freedom and encouragement to experiment, improve, invent, and innovate. You will be naturally curious and always looking to find innovative solutions to any challenges and won’t be confined by the norm.

You must develop a comprehensive understanding of Native, it’s deep history, working style and appreciate what it is that makes us special. Through this, you will be able to play a key role in the design process and help create beautiful, functional and innovative solutions for our clients.

The Person

• 5+ years experience of working in a similar role, preferably from an agency background
• High energy, resilient and can-do attitude
• Naturally curious and willing to challenge the norm
• Take a smart approach to problems and targets using all resources available to achieve the best result
• Experience of developing workflows, wireframes, sitemaps, storyboards and journeys
• Expert level skills for user interface packages inc. Sketch / Photoshop / Illustrator
• Experienced with prototyping tools such as InVision
• Knowledge of web-based and embedded systems, ideally experienced beyond the usual confinements of the web
• Knowledge visual/interactive/motion design trends
• Understanding of typography, layout, and general graphic design inc Animate and After Effects
