User Researcher

We are looking for a Service Designer/User Researcher to join our Stockholm team. We want someone who has a passion for merging digital and physical experiences. You share our understanding that bridging user experience with our clients' conditions is the way to make change happen. It’s about the balance of identifying the right things to design for the future while also designing them right for the current reality. Empathy is second nature to you. You are an optimistic risk manager. Translating insights - “the why” - into action - “the how” - is what gets you going. It feels natural zooming out to view the holistic, big picture of what a great experience means in terms of storyboards and UX drivers. Meanwhile, zooming in on crafting meaningful interactions and flows on the nitty-gritty level is something that also feels natural to you. Ultimately, you are driven to shape what’s possible from an experience innovation perspective - helping the bold unfold a better, more sustainable tomorrow.

Skills we are looking for are (but not limited to);

• 2+ years of experience in user research.
• A passion for solving complex problems and systems design.
• Skills in facilitating people with various backgrounds through workshops and sprints.
• You are used to crafting workshop methods, materials, and perhaps even design games!
• A plus if you have experience with inclusive design and/or responsible design approach.
