Our client is a global e-commerce consumer products company operating within a regulated environment looking to enhance their customer experience through their website.
The UX/UI Designer will work with the core Riverflex team to help optimise the customer experience on the client website domain.
You will be required to conduct a full and thorough page by page UX/UI audit of the eCommerce website and provide improvement recommendations. You will be required to evaluate the full extent of customers journeys and provide recommendations on the backdrop of market best practice. Both the desktop and mobile experiences will need to be assessed. That said, Mobile optimisation of the website will be a focus (60% of users) along with market recommendations within the context of a regulated industry landscape (tobacco, alcohol, gambling).
We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with the following experience:
- Customer Experience Journeys & Strategies
- Mobile Optimisation Experience
- Optimisation of eCommerce websites
- Experience in designed B2C journeys
- UX Auditing Experience
- Experience within a regulated environment very beneficial
- Fluent in English
