UX Researcher

Your Role:

As a UX Researcher you will help us take our products to the next level in usability, utility, and design. You'll work within our growing User Research & UX team, you will drive valuable experiences for our customers


Your Responsibilities: 

- Work closely with other UX researchers to conduct user research and usability testing 

- Create comprehensive research plans and be able to lead user research initiatives

- Synthesize user research to produce easy-to-understand artifacts for non-researchers

- Be the voice of the user

- Understand and be an advocate for user-centered design processes

- Analyze and incorporate quantitative data and qualitative insights into design


What You Bring: 

- Extensive hands-on experience designing and conducting user research - you are able to show how your work has had an impact. We want to learn how your research influenced product

- Extremely data driven, experience as data analyst is a big plus

- Strong self-initiative and motivation to seek new ideas, technology, and leading edge techniques roadmaps and informed design decisions.

- Solid experience conducting usability studies, user interviews, contextual inquiry, and other user research tasks

- A portfolio of work that you can talk through*

- A user-centered, data informed, and agile design mindset

- Ability to think big while paying attention to detail

- Fluent in English, clear communicator, strong writer

*Applications without a portfolio won’t be taken into consideration
