{ What you're going to do:
You have a deep understanding in the Salesforce Cloud environment. As a huge user advocate you love to elaborate user experience strategies based on technical requirements, user-centric empathies and definitions. You like creating Salesforce applications used by hundreds of DKB users per day. You know how to balance conceptual work and pixel-perfect visual designs. Sounds familiar, right? By bridging Salesforce Experience and User Experience, you're ready to educate a conservative industry about the USP of a well-crafted look, feel, and usability.
Your overall goal: forge a classical bank into a tech bank through collaboration by supporting your team with the digitalization of the credit process.
Get rid of the silo mentality. Forget about waterfall and support people working the agile way. That means you need to foster a spirit of constant learning and improvement. Creating best-in-class brand experiences in a conservative business might sound like moving mountains. It actually is. But who's looking for small challenges?
{ Your Responsibilities:
- You create Salesforce applications and coach your knowledge to your team.
- You prepare and execute UX activities for user and stakeholder workshops.
- You elaborate and present user-insights, problem definitions, personas and user journey maps.
- You create purposeful visual designs, interface designs and interactive designs for Salesforce applications in a consistent dialogue with our corporate and brand strategy.
- You support the team in creating interactive low / high fidelity prototypes.
- You accompany your users through usability testings.
- You work out UI specifications based on Salesforce Lightning Design System and help us building our emerging design system by creating UI libraries and components (Atomic Design).
- You accompany the agile implementation of the UI to the technical development.
- You work in an inspiring and committed way in an interdisciplinary team with Product Owners, Researchers, Developers and the parallel teams of the project.
{ What you bring to the table:
- You are an expert in Salesforce CRM.
- You are comfortable in using research methods such as Contextual Inquiries or Interviewing.
- You know how to create visual & interactive designs.
- You're familiar with current UX and UI trends, modular design systems and UI libraries.
- You're safe in dealing with the common tools for conception, design and prototyping.
- You have an agile mindset and experience in agile ways of working, design thinking methods and tools like Confluence and Jira.
- You're creative and have a passion for intuitive interfaces, high usability and outstanding user experiences.
- You work in a structured, independent and result-oriented way.
- You're fluent in German and English.
- You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
