{ What you're going to do:
After our recent success launching our first iOS app for credit card holders to conveniently manage their finances, we’re now looking to increase our scope and take on new challenges.
As a huge user advocate, you love to work with user-centric design principles and create user experience strategies that fit users, business and technical requirements. You know how to balance conceptual work and pixel-perfect visual designs. Sounds familiar, right?

{ Your Responsibilities:
- You’re responsible for the design of our mobile &web applications for our co-branding portfolio.
- You create distinctly branded product experiences using each partner’s design & style guidelines, all while maintaining the integrity of the user experience.
- You collaborate closely with your product owner to define and develop new features and user flows.
- You create detailed UI specifications and facilitate developer handoff.
- You support the developer team in implementing the application according to UI specifications.
- You work hand in hand with our user research department, creating test scenarios and providing prototypes for usability tests.
- You elaborate and present user-insights, problem definitions, personas and user journey maps.
- You develop functional interface and interaction designs for our mobile and web applications.
- You extend our existing app portfolio with new features and improve its user experience based on user feedback & research.
- You support the team in creating interactive low / high fidelity prototypes.
- You mentor junior colleagues within your team and share your knowledge and experience with the entire design chapter.
{ What you bring to the table:
- You are an expert in either Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, experience with other tools is a plus.
- You are experienced in low & high-fidelity prototyping.
- You are familiar with basic user research methods.
- You are proficient in visual & interactive designs.
- You are always up to date with current UX and UI trends, modular design systems and UI libraries.
- You have an agile mindset and experience with tools like Confluence and Jira.
- You are a creative problem solver and have a passion for intuitive interfaces and excellent user experiences.
- You work in a structured, independent and result-oriented way.
- You're fluent in English, German is a plus.
- You're passionate about your work, but also know how to enjoy your free time!
