We are seeking a senior-level product designer with a passion for finding solutions that allow customers to intuitively use our products. The ideal candidate will be skilled at each stage of the design process but always focused on the needs of the customer. You will work with other designers and cross-functional team members and will rely heavily on both qualitative and quantitative data to make informed decisions.


By partnering with cross-functional teams and customers, you will turn your insights into delightful digital products in a creative environment that requires proven leadership skills and the ability to execute a creative vision.

More responsibilities in detail

  • Stay up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
  • Bring consistency, simplicity and ease-of-use to our apps and websites
  • Work within brand guidelines to reinforce brand style and voice in the product
  • Set design requirements based on information from internal teams and user research
  • Work with other designers, marketers, product engineers and product managers to define both the long-term strategy and the short-term tactics for our products as well as to suggest improvements processes
  • Use design thinking to integrate human needs, technological possibilities, and business success
  • Analyze how new and existing products satisfies market needs and consumer preferences
  • Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication
  • Clearly and systematically manage design scope in a timely fashion to facilitate progress, ensure that delivered designs are implementable within given time and resource constraints
  • Implement an outcomes-based approach to translate research, concepts, task analyses and user journeys into user flows, wireframes, mockups, interactive and metrics-driven prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Employ appropriate user research methods to obtain key insights for product improvements
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, adoption and maintenance of design systems
  • Iteratively build and test interactive, data-driven prototypes as part of the usability research discipline
  • Prepare and deliver product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
  • Refine ideas by gathering feedback and experimenting iteratively
  • Push past obvious solutions to get to breakthrough ideas
  • Craft a human story to inspire others toward action


  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in translating complex systems into elegant and user-friendly design
  • Proven leadership and business skills and the ability to execute a creative vision with speed
  • Dynamic, creative personality, effective at engaging and influencing a variety of audiences
  • A well-rounded portfolio website of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
  • A disciplined approach to user-centered design (UCD), planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, heuristic analysis, task analysis, usability and accessibility concerns
  • Proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, copywriting, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing
  • An intuitive eye for customer needs beyond the obvious
  • Experience developing UI components, design patterns and design systems
  • Relevant experience designing with data, data visualizations, actionable reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • An ability to identify possible solutions that are outside of the obvious design space
  • Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
  • Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
  • Demonstrable proficiency with design tools like InVision, UXPin, Axure, Sketch, Figma, Framer X, Adobe XD, Flow, or Anima
  • A high level of creativity, attention to detail and project management skills
  • Excellent visual, written and verbal communication skills

  • Have front-end development experience and use it to communicate ideas
  • Have experience designing adaptively for multiple devices and applications
  • Have a basic knowledge of the e-commerce space, its trends and its key players
  • Possess a working knowledge of engineering methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Have a basic understanding of React or equivalent JavaScript library
