Lead Designer

As a lead designer, you'll design companies from the ground up the team assesses ideas, understands markets and customers, explores proofs-of-concept, and builds the foundations for companies. You’ve got the versatility to switch context easily and own workflows that to design web and mobile interfaces, understand the user, and design and create an entire brand experience with minimal supervision.

At HVF, you’ll experiment with compelling ideas, learn from exceptional entrepreneurs, and be a critical member of a cofounding team. The role is rotational in nature; where you'll work on a few projects over a 12-18 month period. Lead designers often cofound companies during their time at HVF.

Some things we look for:
-2-5yrs of progressive design experience
