UX UI Designer

At Photofoxx, we are passionate about putting the power of facial recognition into the hands of businesses and consumers. Our first priority is the events industry - we want to make sure that no one ever misses out on a great photo of themselves at an event again- this is a real problem, with 76% of people actively looking for their photos but unable to find them, meaning events lose out on word of mouth and engagement, and consumers lose out on their photos.

We are a small team and just off the worlds largest pre-seed tech accelerator programme, Founder Institute. We are working hard on the second release of our product and are 60% finished the back end development. This will be our new Saas B2b web app platform, with 3 user profiles; 

1) Event Managers (clients)

2) Event photographers

3) Event attendees

We are now looking for a UX UI designer required to create the design for our MVP.

About the product:
Photofoxx is a B2B SaaS software platform that brands & matches event photos to each attendee,kick-starting social sharing, to amplify event reach that is measurable through analytics. Targeted at event managers, agencies and brands. Free for consumers and photographers to use.

Current Status:
We are looking for a skilled UX UI designer who can take existing low fidelity wireframes and create a beautiful user orientated design and journey for our MVP, ready to be handed to a front end dev to build and integrate to the back end. There are about 64 screens in total to create based on the existing wireframes.

This web app is all about photos and taking different actions around the photos, particularly encouraging sharing of photos - so if you have experience designing interfaces around photos, that would be great. Experience of designing dashboards would also be useful as one user profile and the admin account, will each have a dashboard. 

We can provide you with the current look and feel to guide you with the branding.

We dont mind what design platform you use (Figma, Sketch, Invision, Photoshop etc) as long as the files can be easily given to the front end engineer who will build and integrate them to the back end.

 

About you:

• 5 years experience in end to end UX and UI
• Skilled and comfortable with wireframing and prototyping
• Familiar with user testing and solving problems
• Experience of doing UX UI for the mass consumer (non technical)
• Some Saas or ecomm experience would be useful
• Ideally a mix of big brand and start up experience
• Appreciation and passion for design and enthusiastic about bringing a brand to life through the medium of design
