What You Will Do
As an Associate with Ascension, you will have the opportunity to identify design opportunities and evaluates and refines concepts through user-centered research and synthesis.
Responsibilities:
- Leads strategic design projects from conception to execution.
- Establishes design operations and support design team development.
- Represents design capabilities with leaders across the organization.
- Collaborates with product, technology, marketing, clinical areas, and engages with users to continuously improve the experience.
What You Will Need
Education:
- High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 3 years of experience required.
- 5 years of experience preferred.
- 1 year of leadership or management experience preferred.
