Become our lead designer

We're looking for a lead designer to join our small and ambitious team who shares our grand vision of transforming the way people work globally and is excited to build the next big thing in people analytics!

You'll join forces with our lead developer and be responsible for developing our first prototype, as well as laying the foundation for growth and scaling of our design team.

The ideal candidate will be keen to wear many hats, is experienced in designing beautiful and scalable B2B products and loves the buzz of an early stage venture.

Your main responsibilities will be qualitative and quantitative user research and prototyping as well as UX design and usability testing. You will lead co-creation processes with glob­al-scale corporates to build a next-gen analytics platform.

Hey Monday is based on unique research at UCL and in-depth industry expertise in work­place consulting and change management. We are part of two incubator & deep tech venture builder programmes and have a number of great advisers & partners in world-leading or­ganisations in both industry and academia.

Rewards & Benefits:

• Annual salary of £25k - £37k (potential to progress to £50k+ after next funding round)
• 0.1 to 2% Equity
