The Versent Digital Product & Experience practice is growing and to meet upcoming client demand we are seeking out expressions of interest to partner on some of these projects.

About you:
- At least 5 years' experience in front-end/digital consultancy
- Proven experience in a visual design / UI design role
- Experience with working in a cross functional team covering creative design, user experience, product, engineering and security
- Several years of experience collaborating with designers, PMs, engineers, and cross - functionally partnering with teams across the company
- Attention to detail; master of typography, colour theory and layout; conceptual thinking and creative problem solving skills
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills and style
- Extensive experience in design tools and front-end technologies
- A delivery focus on digital initiatives; mobile app development, desktop software, digital products etc
- A team player, keen to work with other digital leads to support best practice development within an award winning agency
