About the role:
As a Senior UX Researcher at Snapp, you will be involved in every aspect of the product development process, from brainstorming the next product innovation to tweaking pixels right before launch. You analyze and report on user-centered design research and usability testing for digital products. Upon identifying user needs and goals, you will work in collaboration with the product development team to implement best practices for a cohesive and streamlined technology platform.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Author, schedule, and moderate usability tests in concert with product stakeholders
- Design tests, demos, and interviews in collaboration with the design team and project leads
- Educate stakeholders on the importance of UX research
- Educate team members and the field on the use of new tools
- Be involved in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify potential problems per feature
- Identify the root causes and provide suitable solutions with the help of the rest of the team
Essential:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design, Service Design, Product Design, HCI or Psychology
More than 2 years of experience in the related field
