UI/UX Product Designer

Our portfolio company Egoditor (HQ in Bielefeld + office space in Berlin) is currently recruiting a strong UI/UX Product Designer (f/m/d) 

The role: 

• Development of new features in collaboration with the product team
• Detailed analysis of the current product experience to optimize the user flow on both mobile & desktop
• Root-course analysis and work on possible solutions
• Developing new UI/UX ideas and creating appropriate A/B tests together with the product team
• Work towards a consistent design in collaboration with the art director
• Design distinctive, intuitive, and creative artefacts like wireframes, task flows, screen mockups, prototypes
• Understanding and creation of component-based design systems that can be applied at scale.

Requirements: 

• Analytical thinking, a good feel for usability, and the analysis of user interfaces
• Excellent design skills
• Expert knowledge of current mobile and desktop design trends
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience with wireframing and rapid prototyping techniques
• A well-structured working method even when handling multiple projects at once
• International mindset, fluent English (written and spoken)
• Good communication skills as well as the ability to pass on your knowledge and inspire a team
• Work experience as a UI/UX Designer for a SaaS platform
• Nice-to-have: Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
