UI Designer

The role:

• Bring Iconography, Typography, color, space and texture together to help our users successfully navigate our products.
• Help with brand building and transitioning it into UI
• Working with design libraries
• Focusing on UI part of design and helping the team driving it forward
• Review UI design libraries
• Review brand design and make suggestions
• Cross-functional collaborations with Product and Project Managers on daily basis

You are/have:

• 3+ years of working experience in digital product design (mobile and web applications)
• Experience in visual & interactive design.
• Familiar with basic user research methods
• Ability to work with modular design systems, design libraries and design system refinement
• Prior proven experience in driving multiple Design Thinking, Service Design, Experience Design and other human-centered design efforts is an advantage
• Proficient with industry standard design tools (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch).
• Ability to act as a leader in communicating conceptual ideas and design rationale, all within a user-centered design process.
• Self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build good working relationship
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
