Mid-Weight CX/UX Designer

We are looking for a mid-weight CX/UX Designer to join our team in either a contract or permanent role that will see you working with and helping solve problems for some of Australia's top companies. Our clients include the likes of MYOB, NAB, Telstra, Samsung, Carsales and many more. 

 

Your key responsibilities:

• Supporting implementation of customer experience strategies
• Innovating and trialling new customer experience and journeys
• Supporting improved site conversion and sales by working with and influencing functionality and UX
• Development of wireframes and prototypes, both low to high fidelity to depict website/mobile or application screens and user journeys
• Conducting CX/UX research, isolating inefficiencies and communicating CX UX best principles and practices 

Experience:

• Strong understanding and experience in a CX and UX role with hands-on experience in human centred design techniques
• Strong stakeholder relationship skills with ability to communicate and influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders
• innovative thinker that understands what drives excellent customer experiences with strong design skills 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to identify opportunities, validate and design solutions that are customer led
• Experience working on large scale projects in a corporate environment
• HCD/Design Thinking or UX/CX certification
• Some experience with Sketch, Framer or Invision
