MUUME AG (www.muume.com) is an emerging startup developing digital solutions for the retail and consumer industry, focusing on small and medium-sized market participants in Switzerland, Germany and the UK. The MUUME head-office (15 people) is based in Zurich and we currently employ around 30 software engineers at various locations across Europe.

We are very excited that the team is growing and for our Zurich office we are seeking a:

Lead UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a rock star to help build our UI/UX Design and Research Team, someone who is motivated, hands-on and excited to lead a team (currently 2).

What you bring:

• You are an experienced digital UX and UI designer (3+ years)
• You are passionate about creating great user experiences and preferably already have experience as a team lead
• You have solid experience with Mobile Design Guidelines (Material and iOS) & Responsive web
• You are fluent in Figma, or Sketch, Invision, Abstract and Zeplin, and of course the Adobe suite
• You have experience doing market and user research and you comfortable leading the process e.g. planning, running workshops, doing user interviews etc.
• You combine creativity, analytical know-how and a hands-on mentality to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to transform it into beautiful, customer-centric solutions
• You are comfortable working with remote teams
• You can comfortably work and communicate in English
• You are based in Zurich, or willing to relocate
• You have a sense of humour and you're excited to join a growing business
