Senior UI/UX Mobile Game Designer

We are creating a new “fintech mobile game” where the goal is to save as much as possible from your real-life income to level-up your in-game avatar, using the AI assistance of Cash Coach.

We just launched Cash Coach in the UK to motivate millennials to save money and build wealth. 

We can offer a £100k+ package of salary + equity if you are a senior designer willing to join the adventure. You must have at least 5 years of  experience in mobile app design, of which at least 2 in mobile game design. Depending on your track record, you might be hired as our Lead Designer.

You will work with a team of ex-IBM, pwc, UBS and serial entrepreneurs. In our team, you can expect fun, adrenaline, and the ability to gamify finance for millions of people. All our employees become owners of the company through our stock option scheme.

As a Senior or Lead Designer, you will closely work with our CEO, CTO and illustrator to:
* Make managing money fun and rewarding for millennials;
* Prototype the next mobile app features;
* Run user interviews for usability test and user research;
* Maintain a coherent style across mobile and website;
* Be an active Cash Coach ambassador.
 
Hard requirements on your experience:
* Successful mobile game design;
* Wireframes & prototyping;
* User research and testing;
* App analytics;
* Interaction design;
 
Bonus points to you if have experience in:
* Fintech product design;
* Web analytics;
* Team management.
