Senior Product Designer
Enzyme Health
Responsibilities:
- Work with product and engineering to generate creative solutions to tough problems
- Quickly create ways to test assumptions and validate these creative solutions though prototypes of varying fidelities
- Recruit for and conduct usability studies using these prototypes when appropriate
- Efficiently translate winning concepts into high-fidelity designs and mockups using Sketch and Figma
- Work closely with engineering to ensure a smooth and accurate delivery of your vision
- Welcome and participate in product / design feedback meetings with leadership
- Build and maintain our first real design system and pattern library
- Form a kick-ass design culture that will attract more great talent to enable us to scale our winning product experiences as we grow
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of product design experience (ideally working on cross-functional product teams)
- Comfort in designing interfaces across different screen sizes, user experiences, and devices
- Fluency in best practices for modern UX / UI design
- Proven-track record in shipping high quality products and designs for responsive web apps
- Empathize with users and understand business needs
- A self-starter who collaborates with other designers, product managers, engineers, marketers, and other teams at the company
- Ability to partner with product managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features
- Contribute to building a strong design culture that highlights a user-centric approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly familiar with Sketch and / or Figma
- Clear understanding of agile or similar iterative product process (we run on dual track system)
- Ability to write some code and standup live-data prototypes a plus
