Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to help us build new digital products from the ground up! You can be based in Singapore or Hong Kong.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for user centred design, along with a penchant for delivering fantastic UI/UX experiences with attention to detail and technical know-how.

Your day-to-day

• Collaborate with project owners and developers to design products from inception to delivery - from rough wireframes to rich UI experiences including interaction designs.
   
• Generate clear ideas, concepts, and refined UI from beginning to end.
   
• Presenting ideas, concepts, and design solutions to peers and stakeholders in a clear, confident and persuasive manner.
   
• Collaborate with our front-end developers during development of your designs.

• Contribute to and maintain the CAG design system.

• Identify and troubleshoot UI/UX problems and constantly seek to improve the user’s experience of the platform.

• Plan and conduct User Testing and Usability Testing to support the design of new and existing products from a user-centered design perspective across multiple markets in Asia.

• Co-creation and ideation with C-level and other stakeholders on various initiatives, collaborate and contribute to strategies to support overall company growth.

• Work together with the design team to define and improve new and existing processes to support structured and efficient product design.

• Getting things done in a fast-paced environment.

• Front-end development experience

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer for mobile and web, preferably for consumer facing products.

• Tool proficiency in Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Adobe CC, other prototyping tools and any new ones you can impress us with.

• A high level of empathy with strong knowledge of human-centred design techniques & approaches

• To support the application a strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX process, low and high fidelity design skills, and outcomes delivered is required.

• BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial, etc), Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science (CS) or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Ability to tackle ambiguous design problems, combining both intuitive and analytical thinking, and have the grit to get to a desirable and viable solution.

• Excellent task management skills and the ability to brief and on-board other designers.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
