Through the freelancing program, Jazz aims to provide a platform for experienced professionals that will enable them to work on world class digital platforms being developed by the company.

 

The GTM, UX, Content & Ecosystem team is part of the digital & strategy division at Jazz. The team is responsible for digital transformation, digital customer experience, digital products and platforms and new streams related to digital in Jazz.

 

The structure of the team you will join is:

.        A 15-member team (including the department head)

 

The main priorities of the team as a whole are:

.        Lead digital transformation and digitization at Jazz

.        Scale and grow digital products, platforms and entrepreneurship ambitions

.        Identify ways to increase synergy across local startups with mutually beneficial partnerships

You will be assigned a project involving:

.        Designing the user experience and interface for a new digital platform

.        Documenting and formalizing a design system for the platform

.        Developing a new information architecture for the platform

.        Developing wireframes and designs for the platform

.        Developing content and phrasing for the platform

You will get hands on experience about Digital Innovation and the telco space

 

Attend social networking activities and build relationship with your peers

 

.        Plan, develop, and execute the project that you are assigned

.        Prepare and present reports/updates on a daily/weekly basis (depending on the project)

.        Attend team meetings and potentially meet customers

.        Brainstorm and come up with creative ideas on existing processes and systems

.        Meet diversified professionals during your tenure which will allow you to build relationships

.        Have close liaison with different departments for the timely execution of proposed solutions for the valued customer

 

.        Milestone-based work style

.        No requirement to be physically present in the office

.        Candidate can be employed full time elsewhere (conflict of interest will be considered)

.        Skill based role; no degree requirement

 

.        2+ years of experience in UI/UX development

.        Hands-on experience in UI design

.        Experience with AgriTech and digital content platforms is a plus

.        Understanding of the digital product development process

.        Command over Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD and similar tools

.        Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

.        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

.        Self-directed and able to work without supervision

.        Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas

.        Strong attention to detail

.        Very task-oriented
