We are looking for a highly skilled, experienced, self-motivated Lead User Experience Designer with a passion for creating meaningful, holistic, software user experiences. You will have a broad range of experience in creating software UX on both desktop and mobile, leading the entire team in all aspects from ideation to implementation. You will employ industry standard UX processes and development cycles and work closely with the product and engineering teams to create intuitive solutions to big problems. 

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Lead the team in creating a powerful, intuitive platform 

  • Keep the user at the center of your thinking and solve for their needs.

  • Advocate for your design solutions by putting them in context of business and user goals.

  • Work remotely alongside product managers, designers and engineers across the globe throughout all stages of the production cycle.

  • Present design work to multiple teams and senior leadership for review and feedback.

  • Contribute to user interface design and development using best practices and standards including story boards, user journeys, wireframes and user interface designs.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Leading UX teams in creating word class software.

  • Relevant qualification in UX Design and or user Interface design, or equivalent design-related experience.

  • Experience working in leading collaborative teams and working directly with developers, product owners and third parties for implementation of designs.

  • Experience using best practices for desktop and mobile interface design, as well as knowledge of usability principles and techniques.

  • Knowledge of accessibility-related guidelines and standards including WCAG.

  • Experience in Sketch, Abstract and other relevant design tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-depth experience with desktop and mobile application design.

  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Relentless focus on the user.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge, passion and/or experience in PC gaming, First Person Shooters, or sim.
