Senior Product Designer

Description

At Camunda we have built a profitable business based on our open source software. Our core products are helping a growing number of organisations around the world (e.g. NASA, Zalando, Universal, Lufthansa and many more) to automate, operate and visualise their mission-critical business processes.

We are looking for a Senior Product (UX/UI) Designer who enjoys solving complex problems and designing elegant solutions in the context of B2B applications. A Designer who wants to go deeper in Interaction Design than designing the next cart checkout process or paint the next Wordpress blog. A designer who prefers serious over fancy, clarity over clutter.

As a Senior Product Designer, you will be empowered to make your own decisions, and you can always rely on your team mates for feedback, help, and input. You will help shaping the future UX and Product Design practice here at Camunda.

Requirements

What you'll do

• Be the users’ advocate in our product design and development process
• Constantly interact with developers and product stakeholders in an agile environment
• Interact with end users during user research
• Create and improve the User Experience of Camunda’s current and future products based on insights and learnings from User Research
• Constantly learn and develop with the support of your team and the company as a whole

Who you are

• You are passionate about User Experience and User Interfaces
• You have demonstrable experience in UX/UI, and Digital Product Design
• You practice a user-centric design approach
• You are a pro who can solve design problems autonomously and communicate your process, decisions, and results
• You are pragmatic and put progress over process without compromising quality
• You are committed to constant self-development and learning
