Junior UX Designer

We’re looking for a Junior UX Designer for our headquarter in Trieste, Italy.
We consider the UX team a home for most roles that help deliver the best possible experience for our users. That means that even if you’ve never called yourself a designer, this might still be a fit for you. You may define yourself as a product designer, visual designer, UI designer, UX designer, front-end developer, UI engineer or UX engineer.
As a member of the UX team you’ll:
work closely with engineering teams to design features for our web, mobile and desktop products. This includes fine tuning an existing feature, pitching and designing something brand new, or fundamentally rethinking how we do something.
work closely with design and engineering teams to develop, document and maintain our design system.
create sketches, basic prototypes, demonstrating screens and interactions.
adhere to internal coding standards, development processes, and design best practices.

Besides having good visual taste, talent, and the right sensibilities, you should also have:
MSc, BSc, university degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, Web and Multimedia or similar
expertise in HTML/CSS
working knowledge of Javascript
some experience in using design tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Invision Studio and Figma.
some experience using Git or other source control tools.
excellent communication skills and ability to communicate design and technical decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
collaborative mindset to share your work early on and often, get and give feedback to teammates and collaborate across teams.
good knowledge of English.
If you have some knowledge of or experience with these tools, it’s a plus:
Agile methodologies
design systems
web frameworks (Angular, React, TypeScript, Sass, etc.)
