UI/UX Designer

Numan is a new health and wellness company, creating a product that connects customers, doctors and pharmacists, and a brand that changes the conversation around issues we find most difficult to talk about. We’re experienced entrepreneurs and our investors have supported multi-billion dollar companies. Our ambitions are big and we’re building the team to match them.

The role
As part of the role you will:
Developer the UI and UX for our customer-facing web product (and potentially mobile apps in the future) working from existing brand guidelines.
Evolve the brand as we scale and learn from customers.
Deliver designs to support our comms and content plans. Occasionally, you may have to update our packaging, working with an external agency to do so.
Work with the other leaders of the business to create the product roadmap.
Do customer research, working closely with our marketing and product teams.
Work closely with the development team to iterate on the product and ensure their work meets the design requirements.

Skills and attributes
You’re an experienced designer, deliver results and take pride in your work.
You excel at visual design.
You’re really good at interaction design and can think through how a user will find, use and get value from our product.
You’ve designed digital products that have some depth. Ecommerce experience is great, but not required.
You can go from business requirements, to concepts, to prototype to finished design and are comfortable knowing which tool/process to choose for the job.
