Job Summary
As a User Experience Designer, you will own the client satisfaction relationship and facilitate the evolution of the product through collaboration with clients and the product team by solving complex problems. The User Experience Designer must possess the ability to communicate well with all key stakeholders and to translate those communications into delightful and streamlined user experiences.

Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end user experiences through research, persona development, interactions flows, wireframe mockups, and interactive prototypes.
- Design and execute user testing and usability research (based on qualitative and quantitative data) that can be translated into actionable results and a memorable experience for the user.
- Assist product team in defining information architecture and functional requirements for products across various mediums, including mobile and desktop.

About You
- The UX Designer must be a strong communicator, providing design guidance on projects.
- You must have at least 3 or more years of UX Design experience, preferably including leadership roles on UX design projects and/or experience designing complex solutions.
- You have a solid grasp of user-centered design including wireframes, prototypes, IA documentation, personas, design research, and usability testing.
- Robust knowledge of Mobile, Tablet, and Desktop design constraints and nuances. Direct experience designing for all platforms preferred.
- Ability to iterate your designs and solutions efficiently and intelligently.
- In general, we prefer a Bachelor’s or Master’s degrees in HCI, UCD or a related field, or other direct experience in the field of User Experience Design.

Compensation includes salary and equity ownership that is commensurate with performance.
