UX Designer

We are looking for value-driven UX designers who want to work close to the client and the users

We build tools for the leadership of the future

You will be involved in developing our digital tool, ValuesTree.com, which supports leaders in everyday work to make use of internal driving forces and make the team strive for the organization's common direction. We have already reached more than 40,000 people at companies and universities such as Spotify, Telia Company, Harvard, Stockholm School of Economics and KTH. For each ValuesTree, we also plant a real tree because we believe everything is connected. You will work from our head office in central Stockholm and be part of a multidisciplinary and international team with management consultants, IT developers and project managers.

Duties of the role

• Identify and clarify current and future user needs
• Develop prototypes to test potential solutions
• Conduct user tests and pilots to understand user needs and test possible improvements in the system
• Design wireframes and mockups to communicate and iterate ideas both internally and with customers
• Develop design standards that can be used both in our digital tool and in our other communication material

We want to meet you who…

• Has a genuine interest in and experience of interaction design and user experience as an UX designer or in a similar role
• Has completed relevant academic education, for example in human / data interaction or interaction design
• Can showcase a portfolio of previous design projects
• Speaks and writes English fluently
• Is independent and proactive while you want to join a team with strong affinity and a family feeling
