Associate Art Director

As part of our Design team, you'll play a key role in leading the future of our brand and product. Together, with the product, research and marketing teams, the design team establishes innovative concepts to express our vision and mission; be it B2B or B2C, but also bears the responsibility for building the solutions and iteratively improving the usability and delightfulness of the experience.

YOUR MISSION

• Define brand principles and art direction reporting to the Head of Design & Creative Lead
• Hands on creation, prototyping and delivery
• Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers
• Mentor, train and inspire the design and product team
• Maintain brand consistency across all our products and platforms
• Generate strong clear concepts, working closely with the copy and content team
• Produce concept art, sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
• Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
• Cooperate with the rest of the creative team across different types of touch-points
• Ability to lead from concept to final execution, while respecting deadlines
• Present completed ideas to clients/team members
• Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices and tooling

YOUR SKILLS

• 8+ years of proven track of experience as an Art Director (Agency, Marketing, Creative background appreciated)
• Hands on experience with concepts, logo design, typography, color, UI and Visual design, Illustration and photography (Video and Print are a plus)
• Proficient use of Figma (main tool), Adobe XD Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools
• Knowledge of Design System and Modular Assets approach is highly desirable
• Outstanding portfolio, focus on digital branding and marketing
• Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident about defending concepts facing clients, management or C-Level
• Relevant degree or diploma will be appreciated
