As a Senior UX Designer, you’ll play an important part in the entire product development process, from brainstorming to launch. You’ll be part of a UX team where each designer is responsible for a different area of our product, and integrated into individual scrum teams. Working closely with the product owner and developers on your team, you’ll create elegant solutions to challenging problems, using a customer centric design process.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has at least 5 years of experience on a Product or UX team, ideally for a SaaS application.
- Has a portfolio of top-notch product work that demonstrates strong UX, design and problem solving skills.
- Has the ability to clearly communicate design rationale and conceptual ideas.
- Is nimble and thrives in a feedback cycle measured in hours rather than weeks.
- Partners across teams at every stage to get necessary context and gather feedback.
- Can define success metrics for a new product or feature, and create the appropriate mechanisms to measure success after it launches.
- Can balance qualitative and quantitative insights, and make data informed decisions based on their findings.
- Loves to see their work ship — quickly.
- Has strong business acumen and ability to think strategically about product initiatives.
- Strives to understand user behaviors and motivations.
- Has a "get it done" attitude and proven background of delivering beautiful work again and again.
- Is a proactive communicator, strives to be articulate and empathetic in their interactions, and likes to share their work early and often.
- Naturally seeks to mentor and inspire more junior designers on the team, and to lead by example.
- Is in tune with what is going on in the world of technology, and considers how they might implement new thinking and ideas in their work.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in marketing
- Experience in events industry
- HTML/CSS skills

This is done by:
- Creating clarity and ease of use in a realm that is extremely complex.
- Understanding the problem you’re trying to solve, who the end user is, and how you will measure success.
- Working collaboratively with your scrum team in coming up with a solution.
- Validating and testing designs, using the appropriate methods.
- Reviewing the completed feature or product with developers before launch.
- Measure success of the new feature or product using previously defined metrics.
- Getting along well with other people.
