Role: Senior UI/Visual Designer
Responsibilities:
● Take ownership of the User Interface design and ensure we offer a consistent
experience across platforms
● Design compelling User Experiences in collaboration with UX Designers and
Developers in your team
● Build a scalable and flexible design system to enable the long- term product
vision
● Create concept sketches, wireframes, and prototypes to support iterative design
efforts
● Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand
perception and user-experience
● Work with the front- end development team to provide detailed specs and ensure
design consistency
● Ability to map your design decisions to user needs as well as business
requirements
● Be highly adaptable in an ever-changing startup environment
Required Skills and Experience:
● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
● 3+ years of design experience
● Deep understanding of brand, visual design, user experience and digital
marketing to design beautiful and intuitive experiences
● Proficient in video creation tools, Adobe Creative Suite, with a keen
understanding of graphic/web design principles
● Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and
campaigns
● Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming
feedback and collaboration
● Experience concepting, designing, and executing video content
● Excellent written and verbal skills to communicate with stakeholders and senior
leadership
● Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
● Ability to work both independently and with a team
