We are looking for a thoughtful, empathetic, and creative designer that can define and build an immersive advertising experience for viewers and enable content creators make a living doing what they love. As part of the Ads Product team, you will conceptualize a new paradigm of interactive advertising experiences that’ll enable an entire community of viewers to interact with each other, their streamers, and favorite brands. You will also build marketplace to connect brands with creators for sponsorship opportunities, which would benefit brands by allowing them to have the right personalities represent them, and support creators by providing them significant monetization opportunities and incentives to try new things on stream.
You are involved in every step of the process, from working with Product Managers to define the next great product innovation to working with engineering to ensure the final product meets the design bar. You will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, interaction design, and visual design skills.
Responsibilities
- Design flows and experiences that are simple and elegant
- Build cross-platform experiences.
- Help shape and lead brainstorming sessions with product managers, engineering and designers.
- Give and gather feedback from other designers to quickly iterate on designs and prototypes and continuously raise our bar
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and process
- 4+ years of experience designing modern consumer-focused products
- Experience designing cross-platform products
- Experience shipping applications (seeing through all the stages of product lifecycle)
- Experience Working at scale with Pattern Libraries or Design Systems
- Have understanding and empathy towards users and communities around Twitch
- Ability to communicate design concepts and get stakeholders on board
- Experience working with Product Managers and Engineering
