Product Designer

Clain is an international start-up. We build sophisticated analysis software that provides regulatory compliance for crypto related businesses and empower forensic investigators with ingenious tools to detect and explore crypto-enabled crimes. 

Goals:

• Work with product managers to determine requirements, articulate user needs and translate those needs into concepts and elegant interface designs
• Collaborate with engineers to deal with technical constraints for projects
• Partner with product researcher to take deep dives into the habits of our users and learn about their struggles, needs and motivations
• Develop and maintain interaction models, user flows, wireframes, screen designs, prototypes and specifications as needed
• Ensure design consistency across all platforms and products
• Become an expert in our compliance and investigation solutions across all customer segments  

Qualifications:

• Have demonstrated experience working at product-focused tech company with end-to-end product design
• Passion for asking the right questions and ability to leverage all the available resources to formulate solutions to complex problems
• Passion for user-centric design
• Solid understanding on how to build scalable, modular designs that delight users and satisfy business goals
• Deep attention to detail, analytical reasoning and systems thinking Have design skills with your weapons of choice (Figma, Adobe, etc.)
• Portfolio of past work that showcases using best-in-class interaction and visual design as tools to drive product growth
