Your mission:
As a Design Operations Specialist at Bitpanda, you will be fundamental in helping to shape and maintain our UX practice at scale. This would be both in a strategic role, defining, unifying and communicating processes and tools, as well as in a day-to-day role, completing tasks like maintaining our design system, tracking project progress and liaising with other departments.
What you'll do:
- Help shape your role and the role of UX in the company
- Implement strategic initiatives that improve our UX maturity
- Drive and partake in these initiatives on a day-to-day basis
- Assist in keeping the team engaged and working at their best
- Define and take charge of best practices, reviewing and amending our current UX processes and ensuring their adoption
- Setting up and tracking OKRs for initiatives/product domains
What we're looking for:
- Persistent, strategic and analytical thinkers with an attention to detail
- Fierce advocates for customer-focused thinking with a proactive problem-solving mindset
- Organised, articulate and steadfast attitude
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ideally, previous experience in a similar role, but we are open to people from related backgrounds (e.g. Product and Process Managers, UX Designers)
- A keen interest in the future of investing
