The CX/UX/UI designer partners with product directors, product owners and SAI Global marketing to create compelling, satisfying and efficient Customer/buyer and User experiences across Website assets and the range of SAI360 product User Interfaces (Web and Mobile).
Reporting to the SVP of GRC products, the designer is critical to developing the design principles that will drive a connected approach to risk management during a period of intense re-imagining of the SAI360 platform
Role Responsbilities:
- Conduct and maintain analyses of competitor websites and evolving User Interfaces
- Develop and maintain knowledge base of current UI/UX trends in B2B software
- Create optimal buyer and user journeys
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and executive level stakeholders
- Co-ordinate with product owners and UI design teams to create and maintain a consistent, intuitive and user journey specific UX and UI across all SAI360 platforms, optimizing navigation, gestalt, efficient use of screen real estate, minimal clicks and page refreshes for current task.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows and site maps
- Create mock-up’s and recorded MVP demonstrations of new capabilities to support web site and demand generation
- Create and maintain visual assets for use in presentations, publications and internal communications
- Assist product marketing with graphic and creative content for sales training collateral
- Assist demand generation marketing with graphic and creative content for sales campaigns
Professional Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant and appropriate experience as CX/UX designer of a B2B Software Platform.
- Experience cross-collaborating with Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to connect buyer needs and the appropriate solutions.
- Experience working in an agile development process
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other visual design/wire-framing tools.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript
- Proficiency with MS Office suite
