UX Designer

We are seeking passionate and creative UX Researcher to join our talented team!  This is a 100% remote opportunity.  You will be working on client-facing projects with Fortune 500 companies in the enterprise software ecosystem. What we are looking for in you

• Experience with responsive mobile, web/ desktop design 
• Well understanding on platform's guidelines: iOS, Android and Windows Phone
• Proficiency in Design Tools (preferably Figma, Zeplin, Adobe Creative Suite) 
• You are excited and passionate about new and well-designed mobile apps and technologies
• You’re able to manage your own time, whether working on a team in a collaborative environment or working independently
• Working closely with a development team is something you have done and enjoy
• You are a designer who always puts the client first. You’re passionate about solving difficult, user experience problems in the simplest, most elegant way
• Proven ability to create user-centered design based on your understanding of design fundamentals
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• You are able to effectively articulate user experience issues and concerns and overall design principles to team members and clients
• Any front end development experience (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript for desktop or mobile) is a plus 
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Art/Design or related field

Comprehensive offer package:

• This is a contract role through the end of the year, with the possibility of being extended/ placed on other projects or be brought on as a Full Time employee. We are able to offer a comprehensive benefits package including: Medical, vision, dental, 401K with matching (after 3 months+), and free yoga classes! We are also able to work on a 1099 basis. The hourly rate for this role ranges from $60-82/hr, depending on experience. The salary range for this role is $70,000- $100,000 annually, depending on experience.
