UX/UI Interaction Designer

We are hoping to fill this position as soon as possible. We are looking for a UX/UI and interaction design ninja to help us realize the future of our product and our end-to-end customer experience. 

This is a high-impact position, our pirate ship is plunging through unknown territories and we need your help charting the maps. You will be joining a small but mighty design team and will be responsible for the coherence, usability and craft of our journeys, interfaces and experiences.

We are looking for someone with technical skills as well as a passion for visual storytelling.

• Build detailed wireframes, information architecture diagrams, site maps, storyboards, user flows and high / low fidelity prototypes along with a wide

• Range of UX assets and deliverables.

• Create polished design deliverables using and expanding our Design System and visual language.

• Seek and gain alignment across business and discipline groups and manage competing priorities and act on decisions in the face of ambiguity.

• Develop and be willing to defend your point of view about our product and ultimately our design and business decisions.

• A polymath designer with a special interest in UX/UI intricacies and the magic of interaction design

• A deep design thinker with a portfolio of projects that tell stories

• You are an excellent communicator with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

• You have extreme attention to detail and desire to understand all aspects of our product.

• Very comfortable with ambiguity, you have the ability to balance business, product, and user needs.

• You have mastery of design tools (Sketch, Figma, Adobe CC).You can talk for 45 minutes straight about the reasons why a primary button should appear at the bottom and not at the top of the browser window.
