UX Designer

The product team at Seatfrog is focused on crafting great experiences that fundamentally change the way people are able to travel. You'll be part of a group of skilled and thoughtful individuals focused on solving big problems that deliver significant growth and build upon our ambitious vision.
We are now looking for a passionate UX Designer to join our London office, driving our platform to the next level.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
You’ll work closely with product management to help define, validate and shape our product roadmap in line with user needs and our business goals.
Help shape the overall customer experience for our both our mobile apps and B2B platform. Structuring content, taxonomies and navigation to make information understandable and customer journeys seamless.
Work closely with the product design team to balance form with function. Identify success criteria and KPI measures to ensure design solution meet the objective
Work to improve the overall user experience practices at Seatfrog to create shorter feedback loops and improve the collection and synthesis of user feedback and distribution of knowledge within the business.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
You’re passionate and empathetic - you are driven to understand the problems before designing the solutions. You have a proven track record in UX, in a digital product environment and can demonstrate strategic, conceptual and creative thinking
You’re fantastic at translating requirements into visual workflows and journeys, communicating your thinking and UX decisions - you’re able to present back to stakeholders and take people on the journey with you.
Skilled in facilitating collaborative UX sessions such as sketching sessions to workshop and reach a shared point of view on product features
Experienced in user-centred design thinking methodologies, you are an innovative problem solver with an eye for detail and accuracy. Experience in planning and conducting user insight and testing sessions and taking action on your findings
A strong ability to articulate complex data in intuitive ways to end users.
