WHY YOU SHOULD APPLY

We are looking for a UX Researcher who will compliment our growing design team!  You will be the sole researcher and own the research process. You will collaborate directly with product and design leaders to help impact the overall strategy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Work with designers, product owners, music educators, data scientists, and other stakeholders to help define research priorities.
• Define and enable the design practice research methodologies.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to help us gain a deeper understanding of our current and future musicians.
• Promote user research within the product group and empower designers to conduct research consistently and to a high quality.
• Act as a coach and mentor to our stakeholders, all the while driving toward innovative and creative thinking when approaching product opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

• 3+ years of experience conducting field research.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams (POs, designers, data scientists, etc).
• Strong knowledge of qualitative research methods such as: usability testing, 1:1 interviews, concept testing, focus groups, workshops, and remote studies.
• A solid understanding of quantitative techniques i.e. surveys, behavioral analytics, statistics, etc.
