Job Duties:
- Develop engaging online user experiences for US consumers with a focus on personal finance and consumer credit.
- Work closely with front-end designer, creative designer, and user experience team to efficiently design and develop features and functions for consumer digital subscription products
- Use data to optimize visual design & user experiences through A/B testing
- Well-versed in UX/UI standards, advocate for consistency of visual and interaction patterns and key-platform
- Collaborate with stakeholders including product management, marketing and development engineers
- Document UX/UI design experiences clearly and with detai, deliver pixel-perfect screens and specifications to support development
- Present design process and decisions with rationale and potential alternatives
- Create prototypes for testing, to support communications and illustrate concepts across desktop, tablet and mobile browsers
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in UX/UI tools such as Zeplin, Adobe CS, Sketch, Invision, etc.
- 1-2 years as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- 1-2 years work on digital products
- Responsive front-end web development skills (HTML5/CSS/Bootstrap)
- Prototyping tools and modern user interfaces
- User-centered design methodologies (usability testing, wireframing, etc.)
- Strong understanding of web standards and the latest mobile technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge
- Attention to detail
- Strong critical thinking and problem solving
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize, multitask and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have:
Experience with Slack and Jira
Salary: Negotiable
