The history of the internet goes way back to 1966 but lets fast forward a bit to the golden age of groundbreaking events that changed a military communications system and a few protocols into the information superhighway we use today. The window to this magical golden age is the Web Browser.
Mosaic gave birth to Mozilla which became Netscape and since then browsers have continued to evolve. Most people will agree that the browser race has been dominated by Google from about 2008. Since then small iterations and an infinite number of use cases have pushed the browser's boundaries and created part of the challenge we see today at Wonder.
Whilst meeting online is nothing new, its demand has exploded over the last 12 months. Demand for better and more. User Experience is driving the way we develop our Product. Creating functionality and elegance in a complex browser based Product is at the heart of the Design roles at Wonder.
What does this mean for you? Well, if you have been creating elegant UX’s for a complex browser based product with a customer base in the tens of thousands, finding your place in the browser hall of fame could be a little closer.
This role is based 100% remote in the UK, therefore you must be eligible to work in the UK and have the correct Visa in place to be considered. We already have team members in the UK. Alternatively we can sponsor VISA applications for people relocating to Germany.
