What you'll be doing

    • Utilize the full spectrum of design methodologies and tools including inspirational boards, concepting, typography, iconography, visual representations of processes, visual design library, and style guides
    • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, high fidelity mockups, and detailed UI and visual design specifications.
    • Understand users deeply: develop or work from user profiles & conduct task analysis, create user scenarios or user stories, help to create and analyze user research.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with with our existing team of product managers, designers, marketing, sales, and developers to produce high-quality visual designs.
    • Drive user research/usability tests as needed. Synthesize the findings from user research into actionable changes and projects.
    • Handle multiple projects in an agile, fast-paced environment.

Required experiences and skills

    • Experience creating prototypes or highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications.
    • Knowledge of best practices for information architecture and interaction design, user-centered design process, as well as strong knowledge of user experience principles and techniques.
    • Fluent in Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator and other design packages.
    • Demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research)
    • 5+ years of prior UX design experience.
    • An online portfolio or samples of work is required

Preferred

    • BA/BS degree in Design (e.g., interaction design, visual communications, human computer interaction, or computer science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Past enterprise UX experience.
    • Ability to prototype in HTML, JavaScript, & CSS is a plus.
    • Strong portfolio featuring examples of interaction and /or visual design work
