Senior UX/UI Designer

That's millions of verified identities a year and a lot of people working behind the scenes making the lives of millions, and one day billions, of people safer online.

As a member of our Marketing team, you will combine UX/UI and visual communication skills with the goal in mind to enhance the user experience and boost the conversion rates of Veriff website. As a Senior UX/UI Designer you will help to build and maintain the Veriff web design system and create landing pages with memorable messages that will tell the Veriff story and promote our products and services using our brand identity consistently.

You’ll help us protect honest people online by:

• Improving the user experience of Veriff website with the best UX practices and outstanding UI
• Building landing pages for telling the story of Veriff and showcase our products and services. Your challenge is to find creative ways that engage with our customers
• Working day-to-day in a cross-functional team of engineers and designers to build and maintain our Web design system
• Writing specifications for new components and defining guidelines for their usage
• Understanding our metrics and creating initiatives for improving the conversion rate of Veriff web
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Being in constant communication with our cross-functional design team continuously giving and getting feedback to raise the quality of your work in design
• Helping to constantly improve and maintain the consistency of our visual brand in all our channels
• Constantly looking for new creative ways to improve existing designs

You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have: 

• 5+ years of work experience in UX/UI web design or product design experience in building and maintaining design systems
• Experience in conversion rate optimization
• Understanding of design principles, design thinking and branding
• Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, Abstract, Invision (or other handover tools)
• Excellent organisational skills, effectively managing your time and prioritizing work
• Great self-motivation, solving problems on the go
• Experience working in a technology company and know the ins and outs of the industry
• Attitude of a team player and good communication skills
• Advanced English skills

You’re an especially awesome match if you have:

• Skills in Illustration and experience in creating motion graphics for web 
• Experience in software and frameworks as Hubspot, Optimizely (or other conversion rate tools)
• Experience in front end development
