Lead UX Designer

Are you a Senior or Lead UX Designer with FinTech or mobile app experience in San Jose? If so, please read on!

Partner closely with product management, account management, sales, and customer support to understand our users and their needs.

Acquire user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research) and creating personas and journey maps.

Partner closely with engineering to understand technical constraints and possibilities.

Produce the whole gamut of UX design: user journeys, interaction flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UX specs.

Revise designs based on feedback from those inside and outside UX, and from the results of user testing.

Contribute to constant improvement in UX processes.

Be a mentor to other UX team members.

Passionately advocate on behalf of the end user

What You Need for this Position 

Bachelor or Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent degree is desirable.

In lieu of a degree, 5+ years of experience in card payments, network, acquiring, issuing, mobile technologies, digital payments, or related field, including UX Designer Credential Certifications

2+ yrs Experience managing and mentoring UX team members
