Your Responsibilities
- Develop new frameworks, design practices and methods for tackling challenges to accelerate delivery
- Work collaboratively with engineering, marketing, and product management to achieve consistency in delivery and support the execution of our core product
- Produce quality design that accurately reflects our design language and brand guidelines
Maintaining consistent high standards for both visual output and user experience within our core products.
- Demonstrate best practices for production considerations and design methods
apply user centered design methodologies to ensure designs address user needs
- Engage in research to test and inform user experiences
construct quick interactive prototypes
- Produce, test and refine interaction flows and mockups that accurately communicate product functionality to our engineering team
- Work closely with engineering to translate designs into products

What we expect
- Human centered approach to product and service design, from research and insight generation to concept to deliverable
- Experience designing solutions that demonstrate usability principles, techniques and methodologies, with a strong portfolio displaying user-centred design to support this
- Ability to iterate quickly and refine while prioritising tasks
- Experience in user research, ability to analyse data & validate before designing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to clearly explain design concepts
- Strong understanding of responsive design and a strong grasp of digital trends
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Skills: Adobe Creative Suite/Wireframing/Sketch/Framer
