As an early member of the Panther Marketing team, you will contribute to our rapid growth by executing our design and creative across digital and print platforms. You will be working on website graphics, social media designs, swag, and everything in between.
As the first designer, you will help us level up our brand by ensuring our brand look and feel delivers an experience for our audience. Empathy for our customers and understanding that our audience comes in all shapes and sizes around the world is key for this position.
In this role, you'll get to:
- Work at the intersection of marketing and product design to create great-looking designs
- Elevate our brand style guide to create a cohesive and consistent experience
- Produce marketing material to support our audience through their entire journey — email templates, infographics, presentations (Google Slides), social media graphics, gifs, PPC ads, landing pages, blog, guides, t-shirts, signage, etc.
- Conduct user research (brand perception studies and usability tests) in partnership with our Digital Marketing Manager.
- Collaborate with our product team on maintaining our design system and product demos
- Understand our audience and competitive landscape to use that knowledge to hone our message and inform design decisions.
About you:
- 3+ years of UI design
- Fluent in Figma (components, libraries, styles, and prototypes)
- Strong portfolio that showcases your design skills in digital products
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory
- Advocate for user-centered design
- Experience designing for marketing campaigns like social media graphics, ebooks, presentations, PPC campaigns, landing pages, swag, rich media, etc.
- You are obsessed with detail.
- You aren’t afraid of a challenge. When you meet a problem you can’t solve, you learn how to solve it.
- You are a natural tinkerer, with a love for thinking outside the box.
- You are always learning, excited about new design best practices and integrating them into your processes.
Bonus points for:
- Experience with real-time collaboration tools like Notion, Google Docs, Webflow, WordPress, Marketo, Slack
- Experience working with fully remote and cross-functional teams
- Experience with agile workflows
- Experience with B2B / SaaS products
