About: We are a startup building technology to remote control cars in the real world. To do that, we use latest developments in autonomous technologies and video streaming. We are backed by great investors (> 2 yrs runway) and have more than 15 years of experience from Zoox (Silicon Valley), Amazon (Silicon Valley), Skype (Stockholm).
Position: As an early team member, you will be involved in designing the graphical representation of every layer of the technology, including the robot control system, the video streaming system, our machine learning side as well as the slim user interface to our cloud infrastructure. In addition, you will be essential in defining the foundations of our product and culture. This is a part-time position with the option to transitioning to full-time.
Location: Ree is based in central Berlin. ~ 10 mins away from the Potsdamer Platz U-bahn station. We have a very nice office with a rooftop cafeteria, a well equipped kitchen and a small gym with showers. No German is required to live here as it is very international.

Your profile: We expect you to have relevant work experience in fast moving environments like startups, technology companies, technical university programs. You should have experience and knowledge in designing user interfaces. Fluent verbal and written English language skills are required as we communicate in English. You can work without much direction or instruction and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty. You also love getting stuff done, and can show results and impact. You are interested, ideally obsessed with autonomous mobility technology and want to shape the industry.
