Senior UX Designer

Job Description :

- Create, improve and use wireframes, prototypes, style guides, user flows, and effectively communicate your ideas using any of these methods

- Help define and develop product design roadmap, goals

- Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering lead to represent the Design Team, lead design initiatives, and provide feedback in product planning

- Work closely with Product Managers and Developers to ensure the proper designs are implemented into production

- Help improve and develop an appropriate workflow for the Design Team

- Help strengthen the research process to ensure it translated into actionable insights and convince the stakeholders

- Create neat design documentation and help establish processes to ensure seamless collaboration

Qualifications :

- A strong UI/UX design skill

- An understanding of UX and how to implement it. And also the thirst to understand our user

- The ability to communicate & collaborate with peers & stakeholders

- Able to offer solution to a problem

- Able to self motivated and have a strong drive to push an idea or initiative forwards (proactive)

- A minimum of 3-5 years work experience in UX Design, Interaction Design, Visual Communication, or Human Communication Design

- Able to think clearly and logical when designing or providing a design solution

- A passion for knowledge and keeping up with the latest industry standard

- A deep sense of accountability, a high level of ownership and able to adapt in a fast pace environment

- Experience with Figma, Adobe Products (Photoshop, and Illustrator), Maze or other design tools
