You will:
Take part in creating a modern design system
Help us unify our design resources to an advanced, yet approachable, design system in Figma.
Participate in creation of various software products: dashboards, analytical portals, reports, online shops, mobile apps. Our goal is to have scalable and efficient design components to quickly deliver concepts to our team and the customers.
Create clear and efficient software prototypes:
web or mobile prototypes
screen mockups
wireframes
slide decks
digital graphics
Take part in design assessment and iterative improvement of our products. We plan to organize full-scale user research and need your help and experience.
Analyze our customer’s needs and brainstorm new ideas in a large multidisciplinary team. Visualize complex processes and break them down to small easily understandable pieces.
Get involved in shaping the company’s design culture and customer-centric attitude.
Plan and implement new designs
Optimize existing user interface designs
Test for intuitivity and experience
Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing
About you:
2+ years of experience as an UI-UX Designer or similar role
Proficient in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe products
UI design portfolio
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail oriented
Critical thinker
Problem solver and customer-centered
Have at least an Intermediate level of written and verbal English
Understand basic HTML and CSS. Coding experience or animation skills is a plus
