Highmetric has recently joined forces with NewRocket in leading the charge to improve enterprise user experience leveraging the
ServiceNow platform. We are seeking a UX Designer to join a rapidly growing design team that embraces curiosity, fresh ideas, and a love for problem-solving. As a UX Designer, you will relentlessly strive to understand and empathize with our clients’ goals and our users’ motivations and behaviors as they navigate corporate enterprise portals. You will partner with design, product, engineering, and business teams to deliver impeccable design solutions that create better ways to guide, empower, and build lasting relationships with our clients’ users. You’ll be an integral contributor to this culture by working to create portals that are easy to use and enable employees to find answers, solve problems, and be more productive.

 What You Will Be Doing

  • Craft user-focused user journeys, process flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity employee portal designs.
  • Understand technical complexity, user problems and use cases and propose useful and polished concepts and design solutions
  • Work with cross-functional client teams throughout engagement lifecycle (including user research, design, and implementation)
  • Work closely with engineering to ensure that design specifications are implemented
  • Test design concepts with customers and conduct usability studies, interview sessions
  • Be the voice and advocate of the customer and user, constantly sharing data and insights with the team to communicate customer and user needs and best practices
  • Craft prototypes to communicate complex design concepts and present to clients and project partners

 What You Bring Along

  • Professional experience designing functional user interfaces for web-based products
  • An inspiring portfolio showing us how you have researched, defined, and crafted great experiences, seeing them through to released products
  • Ability define design problems and to articulate and champion your design solutions based on human-centered design principles and research data
  • Experience with user research methodologies, creating wireframes and, high fidelity mockups
  • Working knowledge of design systems and workflows, including Figma
  • Strong attention to detail and organized, production-ready file structure
  • Participated in the full cycle of a web-based project including strategy, research, design, production, and development
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present solutions to clients
  • Understanding of HTML and CSS principles

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or Master's required
